Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tempo ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
Description of Service
Tempo is a Pomodoro timer app that helps you manage your time and stay focused during your work sessions. The app is available for iOS and macOS devices.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Tempo on your personal devices in accordance with these terms. This license does not include:
- Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the app
- Redistributing, selling, or sublicensing the app
- Using the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Removing or modifying copyright notices or trademarks
Intellectual Property
Tempo, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and icons, is the property of Tobias Ruano and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tempo only for its intended purpose: personal time management using the Pomodoro technique or similar focus systems.
Updates
We may release app updates periodically to fix bugs, improve functionality, or adapt to new operating system versions. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best experience.
Availability
We strive to keep Tempo available, but we do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Tempo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app
- We will not be liable for the loss of data stored locally on your device

App Store
If you downloaded Tempo from Apple's App Store, you are also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to distribution through their platform.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being published on this page. Your continued use of the app after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
